My name is Andrea Henkels, I am a certified acupuncturist and health coach and the founder of Centered Health Healing Arts. I’ve been treating thousands of patients since 2009 and what I’ve learned is this: whether you’re experiencing hormonal issues, infertility, acne, anxiety &amp; depression, or just feel like something is off and you can’t seem to figure out what’s going on, there is hope and things can get better. 

I want everyone to know that no matter where you are right now, there is always more health and happiness available to you. You have options. The answers you are seeking exist and there truly is no limit to how good you can feel.

 Although we are all going through our own individual struggles, there are themes that most of us struggle with- from owning our worth, knowing our value, consistently taking care of ourselves, letting go of thoughts that are tearing us down, and not letting fear take over hope.
